What a magical time I have had.

I went to Hogwarts.

I was sorted into Gryffindor.

I became the Youngest seeker in a century.

I made some great friends

I won at wizards chess

and I saved the Sorcerer's Stone!

Hello everyone! Today I will be giving you a Book Review on Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone!!! Yes in America we have another name for it, yes we are weird! So anyways as I said in my last blog post I have never read Harry Potter unitl now. Just the other day I finshed the first book and I loved it. The beauty of reading them now is the magic is coming back to life for me. I feel as if i'm in the theatre watching it for the first time all over again. I truly felt as if I was a first year at hogwarts all over again. I loved the way Rowling went into details with the characters. Rowling made these characters relatable to people of all ages. We were all nervous like neville Longbottom, or the outcast like Hermione Granger, and someone who needed a friend like Mr.Harry Potter at some point in our lives.This book takes you away from all the worries of the world, and takes you on an amazing adventure. This book Review is different because I haven't really talked about the plot much. The reason I haven't is because everyone know the wonderful story of Harry Potter and if you haven't, I hope me telling that this book is so worth reading later then never makes you want to read it! Also tell me what you think of the Harry Potter books!

Today We Are All Slytherin....

Hello, world. Today the world is mourning the loss of an amazing actor, Alan Rickman. Alan was best known for his movies, Love Actually, Die Hard, Sweeney Todd, and of course all of the Harry Potter movies. As a huge Harry Potter fan, I have watched Alan in movies since I was a little girl. Alan was an amazing actor, and as an actress myself, I appreciate all that he has done. Alan Rickman passed away while battling cancer. I just want to send my prayers to his friends, family, and of course all his fans, whether you knew him as Alan or as Severus Snape. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, and we are all Slytherin today. I love you, Alan Rickman. Rest in peace. -Faith
